Garalis Winery Limnio Short Skin 2023

Garalis Limnio Short Skin is a mildly vinified Limnio wine from the volcanic island of Limnos. The harvest is carried out by hand. Then the whole bunches are placed n the tank and they are slightly broken at the base so as for the alcoholic fermentation to start spontaneously, mainly intracellularly (carbonic maceration) while  the bunches continuously soak with the juice from the broken grape. After 12 days, a total burst occurs and the fermentation is completed. It is bottled without stabilization and filtration.

It has a bright purple color. Strong aromas of cranberry, strawberry, red cherry, violet, followed by notes of sweet spices. Medium mouthfeel, with refreshing acidity, mild tannins and a lasting aftertaste.
