Zafiri Winery Syrah 2023

For Syrah, classic red vinification is followed with an extraction period of 8 days. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, without any interventions.

In the glass we find a ruby ​​color. On the nose we find aromas of black and red fruits, with black pepper following and some hints of cocoa completing its character. In the mouth, the body is medium, with good acidity, softened tannins and a pleasant aftertaste.
