Zafiri Winery Cabernet Franc 2022

For the Cabernet Franc, classic red vinification is followed with an extraction period of 8 days. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, without any interventions. Aging lasts 12 months in French and American oak barrels - in equal proportions - and 6 months in bottles.

In the glass we find a ruby colour. On the nose we find aromas of black cherries, plums, sour cherries, vanilla, violets, cocoa, followed by notes of spices and cedar. In the mouth the body is full, with a lively acidity, well-worked tannins and a long aftertaste.
