Septem - Microbrewery

Septem microbrewery is located in the settlement of Orologio, in the Prefecture of Evia. The founders of the company, Sophoklis Panagiotou, chemist and oenologist and Georgios Panagiotou, economist, released for the first time, the fresh, non-pasteurized beer, in June 2009. In Latin, septem means seven, the number that symbolizes the completion of creation and that inspired the microbrewery founders to release 7 different labels of beer, each one corresponding to one day of the week.
