Economou - Domaine
Yiannis Oikonomou, after gratuating with the diploma of oenologist from the University of Alba, in Milano, worked for several wineries abroad, such as Freiburg in Germany, at the village Barollo in Italy and Châteaux Margaux. He returned to Crete, settled in Ziro, in the Prefecture of Lassithi and started making quality wines from the varieties: Vilana, Thrapsathiri, Mantilari, Liatiko, Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay.
