Domaine Gioulis Sauvignon Gris 2021

Sauvignon Gris is an old French grape variety that is a clone of the well-known Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Gris tends to ripen very early and as a result has a high level of sugars. The grapes have a beautiful dark pink color with gray shades and a thick skin.

It has a light lemon color. The aromas consist of citrus fruits, white-fleshed peach and green apple, framed by subtle notes of vegetation and herbs. Medium+ bodied mouthfeel, with high acidity, a subtle oiliness and a lasting aftertaste.
