Anhydrous Winery Santorini 2024

This Santorini is the first wine ever created by the winemaker Apostolos Mountrichas and became known as Delfinia (Dolphins). Now bearing its new name, it is the main label of Anhydrous and comes from selected vineyards.

It has a lemon green color. Aromas of freshly cut lemon and chamomile, framed by the characteristic minerality. Mouthfeel is medium+ bodied, with refreshing acidity and lasting aftertaste.
