Oenops Rawditis 2022

Rawditis is a "raw", as its name suggests, approach to the Roditis variety and comes from almost 50 years old vineyards. Fermented with native yeasts and then matured in egg-shaped amphorae for 6 months and bottled unfiltered without the addition of sulfites. This creates a wonderful orange wine.

Its color is bright orange. The intense aromas of dried apricot and peach coexist exceptionally with the aromas of brioche and nuts, with notes of honey and chamomile to follow. On the palate all the aromas are confirmed with a wonderful density. The body is moderate+, with a hint of some elegant tannins, which are harmoniously combined with the crunchy acidity and lead us to a long, endless aftertaste.
