Nikolou Winery Fine Lees 2023

The wine matures for 12 months on its fine lees in a tank, without batonnage. It is then transferred to oak barrels where it remains for 3 months before bottling.

In the glass, the wine has a golden color with lemon highlights. The aromatic profile features notes of brioche and yeast, framed by soft, medium-intensity aromas of citrus peel and stone fruits. On the palate, the body is rich, with medium acidity, well-integrated alcohol, and a long finish.
