Novus Winery A Priori 2025

The grapes are sourced from vineyards ranging from 15 to 40 years of age, situated at altitudes exceeding 600 meters. The wine matures for a short period on its fine lees to enhance its complexity and structure.

In the glass, it displays a bright lemon color. The nose reveals aromas of rose and citrus, beautifully complemented by subtle herbal undertones. On the palate, the wine is medium-plus bodied, featuring vibrant acidity and a pleasant, lingering finish.
