Gaia Wines Clay Assyrtiko Orange 2022

Gaia Clay is an orange wine from Santorini made from the forgotten practices of the distant past. Its origin is from centuries-old indigenous vineyards, the process of fermentation and aging is carried out in clay pots with indigenous yeasts.

On the glass we meet a dark deep amber color with sunkissed highlights. On the nose aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, honeysuckle, nuts with notes of herbs following. On the palette the body is full, with high acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
