Vaptistis Winery Antara 2022

A single-varietal Assyrtiko from Tinos, with a bright straw yellow color. The nose is dominated by lemon blossoms and citrus fruits. On the palette, the presence of saltiness is noticeable, with hints of lemon following. The acidity is almost high, with a strict body but also a gastronomic style. The aftertaste is moderate with a focus on white pepper.
