William Fèvre is a unique figure in Chablis. He has fought against those who advocate the reckless expansion of the region's borders. In addition to that, unlike producers who support aging in tanks, he believes that oak provides thickness, aroma and depth.

One of the best "basic" Chablis that comes exclusively from vineyards owned by William Fèvre, while a small percentage of it ages for a few months in neutral oak barrels. A wonderful introductory Chablis, with crystal clear and dense structure.
