Vassaltis winery Vinsanto consists of 60% Assyrtiko, 20% Athiri and 20% Aidani, which are sun-dried for 8-12 days and aged for 4 years in 225lt & 500lt barrels.

It has an amber color with orange highlights. The aromas consist of dried fruit, butter, vanilla, followed by notes of coffee. Balanced mouthfeel between acidity and sweetness.
