Sheep Dip Islay Malt Whisky

Islay Malt is the "smoked" version of the famous Sheep Dip. This dark gold in color, with its amber reflections, is produced on the southernmost island of the Islay Islands, an area traditionally considered the center of distilleries in Scotland, with a mix of excellent local malts. The intensely smoky taste of this malt is due to the drying of the barley that has dried with peat smoke.
