Kamiki is a unique drink made with Japanese whiskey combined with specially selected whiskeys from around the world. Translated as "Breath of God" by the winds descending from Mount Miwa to Nara, Kamiki is a modern blended whiskey that is bound by the ancient traditions of the Japanese area of Kansas. After mixing, the whiskey ends in barrels of yoshino-sugi (often referred to as "Japanese cedar"). The aromas of apples and peaches dipped in honey are followed by dried fruits and tobacco. The palate is extremely balanced with ginger, honey, toffee, plum, balanced oak, peat, with notes of sandalwood and green tea.
