Chairman's Reserve Legacy

Chairman’s Reserve Legacy is a rum created as a tribute to Laurie Barnard, the 'Chairman' of Saint Lucia Distillers, who inspired and created the iconic Chairman’s Reserve. His legacy defined and repositioned the Saint Lucian rum category, offering a style unlike anything previously seen in the rum world. While other distilleries acquired column stills to boost production, Laurie focused on investing in select barrel types, small copper pot stills, proprietary yeast strains, and estate-grown sugarcane.This rum is aged for 5 to 8 years in ex-Bourbon barrels. The result of this dedication is an exceptional profile featuring notes of pineapple, banana, and vanilla, leading to a long finish characterized by baked tropical fruits and spices.
