Nuestra Soledad Sta. Ma. Zoquitlan Mezcal

La Compañía is a small village in the Ejutla district, southwest of Oaxaca City in the Valles Centrales region. The La Soledad distillery is owned and operated by Gregorio Hernandez, alongside his sons Valentin and Joel, and is situated on a hilly plateau at an elevation of 5,000 feet above sea level. The steep slopes favor resilient agaves, and the struggle for survival in this harsh growing environment is reflected in the complexity of their mezcal.

Nuestra Soledad Santa Maria Zoquitlan is crafted in Santa Maria Zoquitlan from 100% Espadin agave. Produced by mezcalero Jose Parada Valera, this mezcal features notes of lemon zest, red pepper, and tropical fruits, leading to a bold and intense finish.
