Mega Spileo Estate Mystic Rose Brut N.V.

The base wine comes from Greek varieties grown in vineyards of Aegialia. The second fermentation takes place in a closed tank, where the resulting wine remains with its fine lees for 6 months with regular stirring. It is then bottled and aged in the bottle for at least more than 1 year.

In the glass we have a light, charming amber color with nice bubbles. The aromatic characteristics highlight fruity characters and a delicate sense of brioche. In the mouth it is fresh, crisp with nerve and very good length and aftertaste.
