Ktima Kir Yianni Fokiano 2024

Stelios Boutaris, through a new series of wines, meets the centuries-old tradition of Cycladic viticulture and highlights the native varieties of the Aegean Sea.

Fokiano, a long forgotten variety but historic one, is being revived in the vineyard of Kalliopi Vintzileos in Naxos. In the glass we find a bright pink color. Intensely aromatic nose with red fruits, citrus peels,and with some hints of spices following. The body is refreshing, with crisp acidity and a good lasting aftertaste.
