Ktima Ligas Xi-Ro 2021

Xi-Ro is an original creation by Ligas estate, a blend of 95% Xinomavro and 5% Roditis which are vinified separately, then blended and matured for 10 months in old, large oak barrels. Of course, the philosophy of the estate is present with the exclusive use of wild yeasts.

The color is a moderate ruby ​​with purple highlights. On the nose we have intense aromas of tomato, cherry, strawberry and houndberries that pair beautifully with lavender and cinnamon, with notes of smoke to follow. On the palate the body is moderate+, with high acidity, moderate tannins and a pleasant aftertaste.
