The Vigneron Project Prosilio 2024
Prosilo by The Vigneron Project is a creation of Petros Dimoulias in collaboration with viticulturist and oenologist Ilias Roussakis. This unique, limited-edition release consists of only 1,100 bottles. The grapes are sourced from Petros’s family vineyard in Titani, Corinthia, with the vision of creating an elegant expression of Agiorgitiko that lets the fruit and terroir take center stage.
In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby color. The nose is complex, featuring aromas of red and sweet black fruits, lavender, spices, and herbs, followed by subtle notes of cocoa. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with juicy tannins, crisp acidity, and a pleasant, lingering finish.
