Ktima Biblia Chora Biblinos Red 2019

Biblinos is produced from a local red variety, which was found in the area of ​​Paggaio and is cultivated today by Biblia Chora Estate. The estate, through the process of identification of the variety through its genetic characteristics and DNA testing, found that this is a Greek variety that is a distant relative of modern ones but without many similarities and that was not cultivated in modern times.

In the glass we have a deep ruby ​​color. On the nose it provides a complex and dense bouquet of aromas, such as red fruits, spices, vanilla, cocoa, with notes of herbs and violet. On the palate it is exuberant, with intense acidity, soft tannins, which give it a great tasty finish.
