It is a blend of three grape varieties, Mavrotragano from the Aegean islands (35%), Xinomavro from northern Greece (40%), and Syrah (25%). Natural vinification with spontaneous native yeasts from the vine. It is then matured for about 4 months in amphora, unfiltered.

It is an intensely fruity wine with a very balanced taste. Nose of high aromatic intensity, with aromas of sour cherry, cherry jam, berry, plum and butter, while in the background there are smoked paprika and fresh soil from the jar. The body is of medium volume, with balanced acidity and velvet tannins. In the mouth the prevailing aromas are cherry, blackberry, sour cherry, butterscotch, pink pepper and vanilla, while notes of fresh earth and ripe cassis.
