Toplou Aged Cretan Tsikoudia is an authentic, organic spirit originating from the heart of the historic Toplou Monastery in Sitia. It is produced from grape pomace sourced from the Monastery's organic vineyards, which are cultivated with respect for the environment and traditional methods.

Following distillation, the spirit is aged for several months, resulting in a rich and well-rounded flavor that reveals the uniqueness of the Cretan land and monastic tradition.
