Seclusion Aged Tsipouro

Zoinos winery has released the aged distillate Seclusion, double distilled from the Debina variety. Limited edition, with only 600 bottles on the market, in special premium packaging.

Distillation is done in traditional copper pots, at a very low temperature. Then it ages for 6 years in French oak barrels, which are changed every 3 years, ie 2 times during the process. Full palate and the aromas are reminiscent of citrus and dried fruits. Its round body and sweet aftertaste give it a special character, making it ideal with dried fruits, chocolate and even cigars.
