Giokarini Distillery

It was in 1910 when Eleni GIokarini founded the first distillery in Samos. The so-called "Widow's Ouzo" is the drink that has captivated the senses of those who encounter it, for more than a century. GIokarini ouzo continues to be produced in the same traditional way and passion for four generations.

The uniqueness of its recipe is due to the meticulous selection of pure aromatic seeds, plants and herbs of Samos land. The aromatic raw materials together with high purity spirit and the crystal water of Samos are simmered in traditional copper stills, producing an excellent quality spirit.
