Chrysoloras Winery

Christos Chrysoloras started the operation of the winery in 2015, transferring to us the wine tradition of Serifou and his family.

The certified organic vineyards of the Chrysoloras family are located in northern Serifos at Platys Gyalos, Korakas, Fyrivolada and Flaskos, while in February 2021 a vineyard was planted at Lakka Livadiou, in the south-eastern part of the island.

The sloping lands do not allow heavy machinery so cultivation is done manually at all stages of the work.
