Ktima Palivou Viognier 2023

Fermented in oak barrels for twenty days, this wine acquires concentration and mature character. It has delicate gold color and a bouquet of wonderful balance between tropical fruit, apricot jam, jasmine, yeast, vanilla and wood. Full and exuberant mouthfeel, with good structure and refreshing acidity. Long aftertaste, with the barrel appearing "discreetly" till the end.
