Domaine Ligas Spira 2021

Would you expect that there is an Xinomavro that ages with the Solera system? And yet it exists, and it comes to our glasses from Ligas estate. A blanc de noir Xinomavro coming from biodynamic vineyards, kneads with native yeasts and ages with the Solera system from 4 different vintages. On the face we find a golden color. The nose is complex with floral aromas, orange and quince jam, with the tomato and cherry continuing and some notes of minerality following. The mouthfeel is rich, with high acidity, mild tannins and lasting aftertaste.
