Venetsanos Winery Santorini Single Vineyard 2021

The grapes come from the privately owned vineyard of Venetsanos winery in Agia Marina, located next to the caldera of Santorini, right next to the winery. The harvest takes place in September and then the grapes are taken to 2-ton oak foudres and followed by slow fermentation with selected yeasts. The wine then remains on its lees for 8 months.
