Estate Argyros Santorini Cuvée Palatia 2023

The Cuvee Palatia from Argyros Estate comes from 7 emblematic vineyards of Santorini (Louros, Kavallieros, Ftelos, Vassalia, Agios Ioannis, Kastana, and Kamarades) and offers us the diverse and unique terroir of the island. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and matures there with its fine lees for several months.

In appearance, it has a lemon color. On the nose, we find aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, white pepper, white-fleshed peach, brioche, almond slivers, honeycomb, with notes of herbs following and minerality present. On the palate, it is elegant, with a full body, high acidity, lovely richness, and a long, wonderful aftertaste.
