Volcanic Slopes Pure 2020

Argyros estate commercial director, Stephanos Georgas, creates, in collaboration with the estate, a "traditional" Santorini, i.e. a Santorini from two top vineyards of the island which is vinified with limited human intervention based on past years standards. For this reason, the fermentation takes place in Argyros estate cement tank located below ground, while the wine remains 14 months on lees with periodical battonage. It has a yellowish color while after opening & aerating it demonstrates its mineral character with intense aromas of lemon, citrus and exotic fruits. Robust, balanced and  exuberant mouth sense with mineral elements and a long finish.
