Always following the recipe of soft winemaking to express the Thracian terroir, the refined Assyrtiko of the winery is fermented with native yeasts in oak, where it matures for 6 months. On the nose the minerality comes out in front and is complemented by a fantastically integrated barrel that gives it a creamy character on the palate. Moderate volume, with great complexity and strong personality.
