Mylonas Winery Cuvèe Vouno 2021

Mylonas Micro-Winery creates Cuvèe Vouno a Sabbatiano from 60-year-old vines, which remains in contact with its lees for 9 months in tank and then for 3 years in bottle.

It has a golden yellow color. The aromas consist of ripe stone fruits, bergamot, nuts, honeycomb, with notes of herbs following and hints of minerality completing its character. Mouthfeel is full bodied, with good acidity and a long aftertaste.
