X-Bourgo White 2024

X-BOURGO is a fascinating project by entrepreneur Theodoros Kosmopoulos. The name refers to the imposing hill of Exomvourgo, where the medieval capital of Tinos, the Castle, was once built. Exomvourgo is a huge granite boulder of igneous rocks that dominates in the middle of the island, at an altitude of 640 meters.

The wine: 100% Assyrtiko, maturing on the lees. Explosive nose, minerally smoked, with notes of biscuits around a core of extremely pure fruit. Taut, thick yet tense and precise almost floating like water on a river. An outstanding mineralic Assyrtiko, confirming the huge potential of the island.
