Description: This Spanish variety that gives full, red wines, with complex aromas of plum, berry, tobacco, vanilla and leather, is vinified either for the production of fresh red and rosé wines or for deep red aging wine. In Portugal it is used in blends with other varieties to produce the Port, while in our country it is being tested several years ago, from very few wineries but with remarkable results.
