A special naturally sweet wine from 100% Savvatiano of Muses Estate . The grapes remain for 7 days in the sun to dry and then the winemaking begins, with fermentation lasting 30 days and ageing in oak barrels for 2 years.

Aromatically we find mainly pear in a mature to syrupy way, sweet quince but in a light version. The barrel has given a smoked and oaky touch to the result.
