Don Papa Sherry Cask Rum

The story of Don Papa Rum begins at the foot of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the canes are ground to create a sweet, rich molasses.

Don Papa Sherry Casks rum ages for about 5.5 years in American oak bourbon barrels and in four different types of sherry barrels: Palo Cortado, Fino, Cream and Pedro Ximenez. This results in an aged premium rum with hints of nuts with a rich, fruity taste and soft aftertaste.
