Mega Spileo Estate Mystic Brut N.V.

The base wine comes from Greek varieties grown in vineyards of Aegialia. The second fermentation takes place in a closed tank, where the resulting wine remains with its fine lees for 6 months with regular stirring. It is then bottled and aged in the bottle for at least 6 months.

In the glass we have a straw yellow color, with satisfactory bubbles . The aromatic characteristics highlight fruity and botanical characters with a yeasty feel. In the mouth it refreshes the palette, maintaining a crispy balance and a long finish.
