Thalassinos Microwinery Lost Oenosence 2021

Thalassinos Microwinery is located in Finikia, Heraklion and was created by the restless spirit and vision of two young people, Isidoros and Virginia who, uniting their common love for wine, undertook to continue the viticultural heritage they received. They aim at biodiversity and Permacultura, with the majority of the work being done manually, with a lower energy footprint (zero waste philosophy), creating wines with native yeasts, low sulfites and minimal intervention, in order to highlight the character of the varieties.

On the face we have a soft salmon color. On the nose we find aromas of red fruit, citrus peels, apricot, with notes of flowers to follow. Tha palate has a moderate body, crunchy acidity and a good aftertaste.
