Château Minuty on the Saint-Tropez Peninsula has been part of the Matton-Farnet family for over 85 years. The Château Minuty vineyards are impressively exposed on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking Pampelonne Bay. The hard work in the vineyard and the temperate sea climate have established its reputation in the largest wines of the French Riviera.

This tag has become the landmark of Château Minuty. It first appeared in 2009, as the winery wanted to take off its discreet taste and strong aromas. To make the dream come true, the three main terroirs are skillfully mixed.

Rose et Or highlights the elegance, the aromas of sunny and freshly picked ripe fruits ranging from peach and pear to melon. It is full and crunchy on the palate, strong but pure, like flavored spring water.
