Château Saint-Maur L’Excellence Rosé 2022

10 km from Saint-Tropez, west of the plain that connects the foothills of the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean Sea, to the southernmost tip of Provence, is the Château Saint-Maur, which covers a total of 133 hectares. The building dates from 600 BC. The Phoenicians and Romans were the first to recognize that the area was ideal for viticulture. In the ruins of the two cultures they had discovered agricultural and viticultural activity. The Château itself dates back to the 19th century.

On the face we find a pale pink color. In Psyti we find aromas of white fruits such as peach, citrus, rose, with notes of minerality to follow. The palate has an excellent balance, leads us to a prolonged aftertaste.
