Château Sainte Marguerite Cuvèe Symphonie Fantastique 2022

The extremely talented winemaker Jean-Pierre Fayard, together with his family, have created one of the most dynamic and remarkable houses in Provence. Château Sainte Marguerite overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and is set in a dense forest of pine and palm trees. Its area is 250 acres in the terroir of La Londe les Maures, located between Toulon and Saint Tropez. According to the 1955 ranking, Château Marguerite is one of the 18 Cru Classé wineries of the Côtes de Provence.

The community of La Londe is one of the first in Provence to gain a distinct designation of origin. Fantastique comes from a selection of the best tanks of the cuvée Symphonie. On the face we have a light pink color. On the nose we find fragrant aromas of fresh citrus fruits, stone fruits and wild flowers. On the palate we find a with cool acidity, mediocre body, a nice feeling of oiliness and an aftertaste that lasts.
