The vineyards of Maison Saint Aix are located 420 meters above sea level, away from the heat of the coast and, thanks to this altitude, enjoy cooler nights, giving the end result an intensely fruity character. AIX is a well-balanced premium Provence rosé, with a typical salmon color, a rich nose with fresh aromas of red fruit, peach and subtle floral notes to follow. The palate is round, elegant, with a generous delightful freshness that leads us to a long and precise finish.
