Ousyra Winery Fokiano Rosé 2023

Ousyra winery is an organic winery in Chroussa, Syros, creating wines from rare indigenous Cycladic varietals based on the terroir.

Edward, the owner of the winery, has dedicated himself to highlighting the terroir of Syros and the local varieties. Thus, he created an impressive rosé wine from the Fokiano variety.

On the face we have a soft salmon color. On the nose we find aromas of small red fruits, peach, banana, bergamot, followed by herbal notes. In the mouth it has a medium+ body, lively acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
