Bosinakis Winery Aspela 2023

The Bosinakis family creates a Moschofilero of mild intervention from overripe fruit with a very low yield per hectare.

In the glass we find a reddish color, as it is fermented with native yeasts and battonage is carried out for 45 days. On the nose we find strong aromas of sweet spoon rose, with notes of citrus peels following and some botanical hints to complete its character. Moderate+ body on the palate, with few tannins, pleasant acidity and a long aftertaste.
