Chloe Chatzivariti is a talented new winemaker on the rise, experimenting at her family winery towards the direction of natural wines. She has just released a new, charming and perfect-for-summer Negoska. This is vinified with whole bunches, in a carbon-rich environment-a technique followed in Beaujolais.
