Chatzivaritis Estate Negoska Carbonic 2023

Chloe Chatzivariti is a talented new winemaker on the rise, experimenting at her family winery towards the direction of natural wines. She has just released a new, charming and perfect-for-summer Negoska. This is vinified with whole bunches, in a carbon-rich environment-a technique followed in Beaujolais. 

• "Natural wine", with indigenous yeasts and only minimum amount of sulphites added.
• A wonderful fruity and aromatic wine to be enjoyed cool.
• A new dimension to a demanding variety, such as Negoska.
