Domaine Dalamaras makes its first label from 100% Merlot, with excellent results, maintaining the character of the winery while clearly highlighting the characteristics of the variety. Sustainable organic and biodynamic approach production of 2,100 bottles, with 14% alcohol.

• No barrel aging to keep its fruity character, but with enough velvety tannins to stand the test of time.
• It is pleasant to drink in the summer, slightly cool, due to the freshness of the fruit.
• Aging possibilities up to 4-5 years after harvest.
